OUR FOUNDER
Founder & Chief Visionary Officer
Ndidi Udeaja is an experienced IT and Information Security Consultant with a degree in Computing from the University of Greenwich, UK, and an HND in Computer Science from the Institute of Management and Technology, Nigeria. She began her career as the first female IT Support Analyst on her team, quickly advancing to a consulting role where she led digital transformation and information security projects in various sectors.
Driven by her own journey in tech, Ndidi founded TMG Empower to create opportunities for young girls to pursue technology careers.
Ndidi aims for TMG Empower to break traditional barriers in tech, preparing young girls for future leadership roles by focusing on foundational IT skills and emerging fields like blockchain technology.
Beyond her professional work, Ndidi is a mentor who emphasizes personal growth, healthy living, and staying updated on the latest developments in blockchain and information security.
TRUSTEE MEMBER
Ubaka Victor Udogu holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu. A native of Nsugbe in Anambra State, he has extensive experience in education, industrial operations, and engineering.
As a Trustee at TMG Empower, Ubaka focuses on mentorship and education, using his diverse background to advance the foundation’s mission.
He believes in equitable access to education and opportunities in tech for all young people, especially girls in STEM.
Ubaka is committed to creating an environment that empowers young minds. Outside of work, Ubaka volunteers in his community, mentoring youth and sharing insights to inspire the next generation
SECRETARY
Barr. Ugochukwu Emmanuel Agboeze
Barr. Agboeze is a dedicated Senior Legal Adviser at TMG Empower, with a law degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He brings expertise in law, human rights, and policy, guiding the foundation’s legal strategies.
As Secretary, Agboeze oversees daily operations, ensuring effective program coordination to empower young girls with essential life skills. His legal guidance supports the foundation’s mission to protect and uplift girls’ rights.
As an advocate for tech-driven empowerment, Agboeze leverages his skills in UI/UX design, web design, content creation, and digital management to strengthen TMG’s educational outreach. His blend of law and tech expertise empowers young learners with the 21st-century skills essential for today’s job market.
Agboeze believes in Justice, empowerment, and innovation for a lasting impact on young girls and the community.
